I am interested in using human iPSC-derived 3D neural models to better understand the pathophysiology of neurodevelopmental diseases and improve clinical translation of novel therapeutics. In particular, my PhD project aims to develop and characterise a novel 3D cortical assembloid model of Dravet Syndrome.
